5. Refund Policy

Standard subscriptions allow use on one device at a time. Multi-connection packages are available for users who need simultaneous access on multiple devices. Exceeding your connection limit may result in service interruption or account suspension.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Share your account with unauthorized users
  • Use the service for illegal purposes

Upon termination, you will lose access to the service immediately, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

12. Limitation of Liability
